New partnership with NSF-GFTC and Gestion Qualiterra inc.

We are delighted to announce a new partnership between NSF-GFTC and Gestion Qualiterra inc.  The expertise and reputation of NSF in the field of food quality, food safety and several other certification programs such as organic certification to give an example, make it a partner of choice for Gestion Qualiterra. In Canada, NSF merged its activities with the Guelph Food Technology Center (GFTC) in 2013, an organization whose reputation is well established in the food industry in Canada.

NSF- GFTC will work exclusively with Qualiterra in Quebec for the CanadaGAP audits. Therefore, we will no longer be working with SAI Global.

This partnership is in force since 1 April 2014. In fact , there will be little change to our auditor work, except for the fact that we will now be your single point of contact from scheduling appointments to billing. However, you will still receive the audit report and certificate from the certification body, NSF- GFTC.

If you choose to continue working with the Qualiterra’s team for your CanadaGAP audit, you must complete the CanadaGAP status change form to indicate your desire to change certification body. This document is on the site http://www.canadagap.ca/fr/bienvenue-aux-canadagap/ in the “Tools” tab. Since we want to make a smooth transition, this change must be made as soon as possible so we can schedule an audit during the right time according to your activities and the products to see.

We understand that during this transition period, you may have questions and concerns . That is why we are committed to answer questions and help you with this change if you wish. We want the least impact on your certification process.
